Dorrell applies economic fundamentals to the future of money. He also serves as the chairman of the Tampa Bitcoin Club. He taught the first university level Bitcoinomics course in America. His research applies econometric analysis to Bitcoin and empirically proved that Bitcoin supply is deflationary based on the rate of supply being less than the rate of loss. His research quantifies the potential impacts of stablecoins on local economies. He recently developed white papers for University Bitcoin Endowments, Bitcoin Inheritance and Bitcoin Real Estate Strategies.ÌýÌý

Professional and Community Activities

Dorrell maintains an active research agenda with publications in journals such as the Journal of Economics and Finance and Energy Research and Social Science, applying econometric analysis to Bitcoin and energy markets.

Economic presentations and seminars are also a big part of his work, giving speeches on Bitcoin and FinTech all over the world, from Tokyo to Dubai, and in state from Tampa to Naples. Educating people on the future of money and economics is one of his true passions.

Dorrell can also be seen giving economic analysis on topics such as gold, Bitcoin, and real estate on local television and print media.Ìý
