The TECO Energy Center for Leadership, part of the Sykes College of Business at the University of Tampa, will present 鈥淸Re]Discovering You,鈥� as part of this year鈥檚 Leadership Summit. The event will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 17, from 7:30 a.m.-noon, in the Vaughn Center鈥檚 Crescent Club on campus, followed by networking and lunch.

The keynote speaker is Amanda Silver, CEO of College Magazine, TEDx speaker and bestselling author. Her advice has been featured in Business Insider, NBC News Today and MarketWatch. She encourages her audiences to not live life on autopilot, find their unique value and actively pursue experiences. Her mission is to help professionals create an intentional life with human interactions based in compassion and gratitude to create a more sustainable world.

Following Silver鈥檚 talk, there will be a leadership panel discussion. The panel includes Bob Buckhorn, former mayor of the city of Tampa; Valerie Lavin, founder and CEO of Luminary Global; and Ora Tanner, CEO of Black Unicorn Education.
