Overview

The Data Science Minor at the University of Tampa provides students from any discipline with the foundational skills needed to analyze and interpret data. This interdisciplinary program integrates core data science, computing, mathematics and statistics courses, equipping students with the tools to apply data-driven decision-making within their primary field of study. Courses in the minor emphasize hands-on learning using Python and/or R, ensuring students gain practical experience with industry-standard tools.
